I’ve lost a lot of weight from using the diet, and it’s been easier than it would have been if I had attempted to lose weight on my own. I would have probably tried to do a diet where I would cut out nearly everything and eat nothing but bland foods. The diet even introduced me to new food choices that I would have probably avoided normally.
